The National Electronic Notification System (UETS) iOS application, established and operated by PTT A.Ş., provides a secure platform for conducting electronic notification processes. With the mobile accessibility of services previously available at ptt.etebligat.gov.tr, users can now manage their notifications conveniently on their devices.

To utilize the UETS application, users must have an UETS account and can log in using an UETS password, e-Government password, or mobile signature methods. The UETS account can be obtained by visiting PTT Centers with a valid ID or through the application at basvuru.etebligat.gov.tr using an E-Signature or Mobile Signature.

With the UETS Mobile application, users can:

• Receive instant notifications related to notifications sent to their accounts,
• Easily track their notifications through the application,
• View the content of notifications,
• Conduct evidence inquiries related to notifications,
• Switch between authorized accounts,
• Provide feedback regarding any system-related issues to UETS officials.
